Terrell Hills is a suburban community off the Old Austin Highway five miles northeast of downtown San Antonio in central Bexar County. The community was named for Frederick Terrell, who promoted the area as a residential addition in the late 1920s. Annual 4th of July Parade & Block Party

Join city staff at the Annual 4th of July Parade & Block Party on Thursday, July 4th. The parade will begin at 10am, block party to immediately follow. There will be free food, drinks and entertainment for all ages. If you want to participate in the parade, the line up will be down Ivy Lane. Please be aware that sections of Eldon and Geneseo will be blocked off during the events. Please call city hall at 210-824-7401 for more information.

Please note that City Hall will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, there will be no trash pickup that day. City Hall will be closed on Friday, July 5th, but there will be regular trash pickup.
